Qualifications

• 5–7 years in property management.
• 2+ years as community/property manager.
• Experience diffusing and responding to resident concerns without escalation.
• Proven leadership experience.
• LIHTC and Tax Credit knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to interact with senior executives.
• Proficient with MS Office, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident relations and customer service throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Ensure 0% rent delinquency.
• Coordinate on-site operations and vendor relationships.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and operating budgets.
• Lead and develop site staff with performance reviews.
