Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a California community, driving resident satisfaction, financial performance, and compliant operations. Build strong relationships with residents, staff, and partners while upholding company policies.

You will lead on-site operations, budgeting, rent collections, and occupancy goals, with monthly reporting and collaboration on capital projects, ensuring fair housing compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in property management
• 2+ years as community/property manager
• Experience diffusing and responding to resident concerns
• Proven effective leadership experience
• LIHTC and Tax Credit knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior executives
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Professional presentation and appearance
• Familiarity with MS Office, internet and email

Aufgaben

• Manage resident relations and customer service to ensure a positive life-cycle experience from move-in to move-out
• Maintain a secure, confidential file for each resident and manage subsidy vouchers when applicable
• Oversee on-site operations, including budget implementation, vendor relationships, rent collections, and accounts payable
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports and budgets in a timely fashion
• Work with Regional Manager to prepare the Property Annual Operating Budget
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA and all applicable laws
• Lead and develop staff, provide training and performance feedback
• Coordinate large capital projects and cross-department communication
