Qualifications

• 3-4 years of multifamily or related hospitality/customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing, evictions and related regulations.
• Strong financial acumen for calculating concessions and late fees.
• Excellent professionalism and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations and retention programs.
• Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents.
• Initiate the lease renewal process with residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Ensure timely collection of rent payments.
• Manage delinquent accounts and contact residents on balances.
• Input and collect late fees, concessions, and rental amounts.
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Assist with eviction processes in compliance with laws.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Process paperwork, maintain resident files, and protect confidentiality.
• Prepare weekly traffic, renewal, and financial reports.
• Manage office supplies and support the office team.
• Step in for the Community Director as needed.
• Issue lease violations and notices to residents.
