Job summary

Kairoi Residential seeks a results-driven Resident Experience Manager for our Dallas community. You will develop and execute a comprehensive resident experience strategy, lead a team, and align programs with brand and business goals.

You will manage events, budgets, vendor contracts, and data-driven improvements, while building a welcoming, exclusive community that enhances satisfaction, retention, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in event planning, community engagement, or related role.
• Proven track record of developing resident programs that drive engagement and retention.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Resident Experience team, providing leadership and professional development.
• Plan and execute a diverse calendar of events and programs.
• Manage event logistics including budgeting, vendor selection, and on-site execution.
• Track attendance and analyze data to improve programming.
• Develop proactive resident communication strategies.
• Escalate and resolve resident concerns promptly.
• Manage the Resident Experience budget and negotiate contracts.
