You will mentor staff, assist with lease preparation, coordinate resident events, and monitor market trends while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for digital and in-person interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ResMan experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Director in daily property operations and addressing resident needs.
• Foster positive relationships with prospective residents and address inquiries.
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate posting of payments.
• Oversee eviction processes for delinquent accounts in line with legal requirements.
• Train and mentor staff, showcasing leasing and sales techniques.
• Prepare and execute detailed, legally compliant lease agreements.
• Manage financial processes, including income verification and payments.
• Assist in planning and participating in resident social events.
• Monitor local housing and rental market trends and contribute submarket data.
• Serve as acting Community Director in the absence of the Community Director.
