Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in the multifamily industry or related hospitality/customer service field.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws (Fair Housing, evictions).
• Strong financial acumen to compute concessions, late fees, and rent figures.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations and retention programs.
• Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints.
• Initiate lease renewals and provide strong customer service.
• Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquent accounts.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and maintain resident records.
• Assist with eviction processes and move-in/out coordination.
