Job summary

You will lead retention programs, process rents and move-ins/outs, prepare reports, and ensure accurate records while providing exceptional service to residents and guests in a luxury or standard community.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of multifamily, hospitality, or_customer service experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing, evictions, and related laws.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to calculate figures.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations and retention programs.
• Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents.
• Initiate lease renewals and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Ensure timely collection of rent payments and manage delinquencies.
• Prepare bank deposits and weekly financial reports.
• Assist with eviction processes in compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain files.
