Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit Program Knowledge required.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Solid bookkeeping and rent collection experience.
• Thorough understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing Laws.
• Superior interpersonal skills; tactful, mature and organized.
• Resourceful and organized; proficient with Windows (Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations and customer service with a focus on satisfaction.
• Assist leasing duties, including tours of prospective residents.
• Handle monies: post, deposit rents and security deposits.
• Review resident files and ledger for delinquencies and collections.
• Assist with monthly projection reporting and property inspections.
• Supervise staff in Community Manager’s absence and support leasing consultants.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies.
