Avanath Capital is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist with all community operations, including reporting, rent processing, and leasing. You will support resident relations, ensure compliance, and supervise staff in the Community Manager’s absence.

The role requires 2+ years’ experience, LIHTC knowledge, strong communication, bookkeeping skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Excel.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit knowledge required.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Solid bookkeeping and rent collection track record.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant law.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Superior interpersonal and adaptable collaboration skills.
• Resourceful, organized and tech‑savvy.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, internet and e‑mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager.

Responsabilidades

• Manage resident relations and respond to inquiries to promote satisfaction.
• Assist leasing duties, including tours of prospective residents.
• Handle rents, security deposits, and ledger reviews for delinquencies.
• Support monthly projection reporting and property model inspections.
• Oversee property operations and staff in the Community Manager’s absence.
• Ensure Fair Housing guidelines are followed and assist compliance.
• Maintain files, coordinate events, and maintain professional appearance.
