Avanath is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Spring District/The Briar in Bellevue, WA. This role supports the Community Manager with reporting, rent processing, leasing, and daily operations to ensure a high standard of resident service.

You will interact with residents and staff with professionalism, uphold Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws, and oversee the community in the Community Manager’s absence.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit Program Knowledge required.
• Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Solid bookkeeping and rent collection experience.
• Thorough understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing Laws.
• Strong interpersonal, organized and resourceful approach.
• Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel) and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with leasing duties, including tours of prospective residents.
• Handle rent collection, payments, and deposits.
• Maintain confidential resident files and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support in reporting, budgeting, and monthly projections.
• Oversee operations in Community Manager’s absence and mentor staff.
