Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in California. You will support the property manager in daily operations, oversee leasing, rent collection, and reporting, and ensure a positive resident experience across properties.

The role emphasizes vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and staff training, with a focus on compliance, safety, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Manage accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits; maintain rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy; manage move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Coordinate lease administration and training of staff; ensure safety and cleanliness.
