Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, leasing, and resident services. You’ll drive satisfaction, manage contracts, and report monthly results to clients and the corporate office in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead teams, implement marketing plans, and ensure adherence to guidelines while maintaining safety and operational excellence for residents and associates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Manage property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and coaching for staff.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and safety.
