Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in California to support the property manager with daily operations, rent collection, and leasing tasks. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, timely reporting, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; HS diploma required.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Two to three years property management experience required.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident relations.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent collection, and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and deadlines; process evictions when needed.
• Lease apartments and coordinate maintenance inspections.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
