Avenue5 Residential in Vista, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, monthly reporting, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

The role involves managing rent rolls, coordinating maintenance, processing evictions as needed, and assisting with staff training and resident relations. A strong customer service focus is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Two to three years property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit leases and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Assist in staff training on leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
