Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

• Manage day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.

• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Maintain safety and organize disaster/emergency plans.
• Address resident concerns and liaise with corporate office.
