Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Bellevue, WA to support daily operations, leasing, rent processing, reporting, and team oversight in the Community Manager's absence. This role requires professionalism and a customer-service mindset to serve residents and staff.

You will coordinate resident relations, handle payments and compliance, assist leasing duties, and help enforce Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Solid bookkeeping and rent collection experience.
• Thorough understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing Laws.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: provide A+ customer service and support retention through timely responses and issue resolution.
• Fiduciary duties: manage rents, deposits, ledgers, delinquencies, and monthly projections; supervise property finances.
