Job summary

Epic Asset Management is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, resident services, and financial goals across multi-family communities in Bellevue, WA. The role partners with the Community Manager to foster a thriving, inclusive community and maintain high occupancy.

Two years of property management experience and proficiency with Yardi/OneSite and Microsoft 365 are required. Weekend availability is expected to support resident needs and peak operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in Yardi/OneSite and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent, fees, and deposits; maintain accurate resident records and perform daily reconciliations.
• Assist with budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Manage delinquencies by issuing notices, coordinating payment plans and enforcing lease terms.
• Deliver outstanding resident experiences and coordinate resident events to promote retention.
• Process move-ins/outs, including inspections, lease reviews, and deposit reconciliations.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests and maintain property condition.
