Job summary

Greystar in Springfield, MO is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a Greystar property, lead the onsite team, and optimize financial performance.

You will develop budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, review marketing and leasing strategies, enforce lease terms, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other laws. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in residence life or property management.
• Knowledge of equity and inclusion laws impacting housing and education.
• Ability to handle crises, conflict, and community development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, diplomatic, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, team, and resources to meet goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and revenue performance.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure safety, appearance, and compliance standards.
• Build partnerships with faculty, administrators, residents, and owners.
