Job summary

Greystar is seeking an onsite Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a St. Louis, MO apartment community. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgeting, leasing, and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

You will drive resident satisfaction, coordinate maintenance, monitor performance metrics, and maintain strong owner communication. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management and operations experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community to meet budgeted goals.
• Lead on-site team, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Set rent rates, monitor collections, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Review invoices, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with policies.
• Inspect property and maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Coordinate with owners and respond to property performance requests.
