Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a St. Louis, MO apartment community. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and resident relations to hit revenue and occupancy targets.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management with strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills. Onsite work with competitive benefits and growth opportunities at Greystar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure proper insurance certificates and coding.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to maintain occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure responsive resident service and maintain property standards and safety.
• Hire, train, and manage property staff; maintain client/owner communications.
