Greystar is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day activities for a multifamily community in the St. Louis area. You will oversee staff, leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of applicable experience, with strong communication, client service, and leadership skills to drive performance and resident satisfaction. This on-site position offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property.
• Lead and train property staff to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Oversee leasing, marketing strategies, and occupancy targets.
• Review monthly financial statements and prepare status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor relations and costs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards at the property.
• Build owner relationships and provide performance updates.
• Support compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulations.
