Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Capacity to interact effectively with senior executives
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email

Aufgaben

• Manage resident relations and customer service lifecycle from move-in to move-out
• Provide excellent resident and staff support and resolve concerns
• Communicate with senior leadership on resident concerns and program enhancements
• Coordinate resident events and retention initiatives
• Ensure budgeting, rent rolls, and financial health visibility for the community
• Oversee budget execution and revenue-generating activities
• Maintain secure, confidential resident records
