Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a 235-unit property in Los Angeles. Lead a team, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in DTLA market, Yardi/AIRM experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. A housing discount is available for onsite employees and a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management operations.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
