Qualifications

• Strong budget, financial, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day property operations and staff to meet budgeted goals.
• Oversees leasing, rent collection, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Controls expenditures and maintains petty cash within approved budgets.
• Supervises hiring, training, and performance of property staff.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and Company policies.
