Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in Tampa, FL to lead site teams, achieve occupancy targets, and deliver excellent resident service.

You will manage budgets, report to Regional Director - Operations, and supervise leasing, maintenance, and resident services to maximize asset performance. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while upholding compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles; preferably student housing.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle in previous position.

Responsibilities

• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with team; set expectations and monitor performance.
• Analyze financial reports; forecast decisions and manage budgets to maximize NOI.
• Partner with marketing to achieve occupancy goals; monitor leasing velocity and pricing strategies.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and contractor contracts; ensure a clean, safe asset.
• Manage Resident Services; resolve disputes and maintain resident satisfaction.
