You will monitor budgets, prepare reports, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety, maintenance, and curb appeal standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of supervisor/manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Preferred: background in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by leasing and marketing initiatives.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis for the property.
• Oversee client/owner communications and property tours as needed.
