Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all daily operations and leasing targets for a premier student housing community. The role focuses on occupancy growth, revenue management, fiscal planning, and resident relations while leading the on-site team and ensuring policy compliance.

You will manage marketing plans, budgets, staffing, and performance reviews, providing strong communication with residents, vendors, and university partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare weekly status reports and pricing/leasing recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and trends.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective residents.
• Review resident housing contracts.
• Ensure confidentiality of information.
• Organize staff meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Develop property budgets and financial plans.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and monitor expenses.
• Manage payroll and annual staff performance reviews.
• Deliver excellent resident service and communications.
• Oversee facility operations and service requests in Entrata.
• Lead safety and risk control measures.
