Lakeshore Management is seeking a motivated Community Manager in Florida to lead property operations with a strong emphasis on sales performance and occupancy growth. You will oversee budgeting, leasing, and resident relations while guiding a team to deliver excellent community experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in property management or related fields, strong communication skills, and a comfort with performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years in property management, sales, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays, be on-call after hours, and travel for training/events 1–4×/year.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities; manage full prospect lifecycle.
• Lead, train, and develop team members; uphold safety, compliance, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors; ensure curb appeal and policy compliance.
