Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Manager in the Tampa, FL area to lead site teams and drive financial performance, occupancy goals, and resident satisfaction. You will manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with regional operations to maximize asset value.

Responsibilities include team management, leasing and marketing, facilities oversight, customer service, and risk compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles.
• Complete one full leasing cycle in previous position; licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with team; set expectations and monitor performance.
• Analyze financial reports to manage NOI, budgets, and occupancy targets; prepare month-end reports.
• Partner with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals; maintain market knowledge and pricing strategies.
• Lead site maintenance and capital projects; manage vendor contracts and safety practices.
• Manage Resident Services; address complaints, renewals, and service satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and protect confidential information.
