Job summary

Landmark Properties in Tampa is seeking a Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, promote the community, and help achieve occupancy goals. You will interact with residents, host tours, and support marketing efforts.

This role requires strong organization, reliable work ethic, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Evening and weekend hours are expected, and some summer and Turn periods will be required.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong organization skills and reliability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and prospective residents.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, including during the summer and Turn periods.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and communicate housing terms clearly.
• Assist in marketing efforts and participate in community events to promote occupancy.
• Maintain daily logs and reports related to resident interactions and tours.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and uphold community policies.
