Job summary

Landmark Properties in Tampa seeks a Community Ambassador to lead the leasing process and deliver outstanding service to prospective and current residents, helping maximize occupancy year over year. You will guide tours, follow up on leads, and participate in marketing events under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and time management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and related addendums and communicate information clearly to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close the sale following LEASE Training guidelines including generating new leads, completing guest cards, scheduling and conducting tours, lead follow-up, and promoting the community via social media and marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns and represent the community and Landmark Properties professionally.
• Maintain a positive environment and assist with resident concerns, escalating as needed.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties, respond to inquiries promptly, log activity, and enforce housing policies and procedures.
