Qualifications

• Three+ years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the property and ensure financial guidelines are followed.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and applicable laws.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing procedures and lease documents; stay updated on regulations.
• Partner with HR and Regional Directors on employee lifecycle, training, and performance reviews.
• Assist in developing and managing operational budgets with Regional Manager.
• Oversee rent collection and posting; manage eviction processes per legal requirements.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors; manage schedules and CIS compliance.
• Ensure lease files are complete and properly executed.
• Oversee office operations and model apartment readiness for tours.
• Record activity and submit reports to Regional Director as scheduled.
• Communicate operational challenges to Regional Director promptly.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and on-site leadership.
