Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management or related multifamily experience; prior team leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of multifamily leasing, resident relations, financial management, and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead onsite team, including leasing and maintenance staff.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback with clear expectations.
• Manage operating budget, track rent collections, and review financial performance.
