Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family property management experience.
• Previous Leasing, Property Manager, or Community Manager experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Managers or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Experience leading a team with positive motivation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents, proactively solving issues.
• Creates required daily and weekly reports to support financial management.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws.
• Develops professional skills and pursues continual growth.
• Represents the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operates on-site technology and security systems.
• Resolves issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Supports resident events and marketing to drive retention.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
