J Street Property Services is seeking a Community Director to act as the onsite business leader, unifying leasing, maintenance, finances, and resident services. You will guide an onsite team, align operations with regional strategies, and ensure asset performance while upholding high service standards.

The role requires 3+ years in property management and strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management or related multifamily experience
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of multifamily leasing, resident relations, financial management, and property operations

Responsabilités

• Supervise onsite team, including leasing and maintenance staff
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, performance feedback, and clear expectations
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the operating budget for the property
• Track rent collections, delinquencies, payment plans, invoices, and property-level spending
• Lead leasing and retention strategies to support occupancy and revenue
• Set the standard for responsive, professional resident communication and service
