Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee in-person operations at multiple communities in Seattle. The role focuses on income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative tasks to support resident satisfaction and retention.

The position requires 2+ years of property management experience, familiarity with Yardi/CRM systems, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.

Responsibilities

• Income collection & accounts payable, maintaining resident records and notices.
• Resident relations and community engagement, ensuring upkeep and service requests.
• Marketing tasks: ads on listing services, tours, leasing duties, timely responses.
• Administrative: daily reports, file management, move-ins/outs, deposit processing.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by management.
