Job summary

Thrive Communities seeks an experienced property management professional to lead on-site operations in Seattle. Responsibilities include financial oversight, leasing, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance, safety, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience or equivalent.
• 6+ months of supervisory leadership experience.
• CAM certification preferred.
• MFTE program experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site platforms preferred.
• Notary license is required or can be obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Financial oversight and budget adherence; ensure rents are collected; handle invoicing and month-end reporting.
• Recruiting, hiring, and staff development; supervision of on-site team; performance reviews.
• Office/compliance duties including MFTE/Section 8 program requirements, audits, and reporting.
• Resident relations; maintain service quality, respond to inquiries, and support retention.
• Maintenance oversight; coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors; monitor vacancy and make-ready process.
• Marketing/leasing support; respond to inquiries and ensure timely communication.
• Safety/risk management; report incidents; ensure safety training and compliance.
• General: collaborate with home office, follow policies, and undertake additional duties as needed.
