Job summary

Candidates should have strong budgeting, reporting, and leadership skills, with familiarity in Yardi/CRM and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Supervisory experience of on-site staff.
• Proficient with budget planning and reporting.
• Notary license available or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and ensure rents are collected.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage payroll timesheets.
• Maintain MFTE/Section 8 compliance where applicable.
• Ensure leasing and resident relations and safety compliance.
