Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager in Scottsdale to support the General Manager in running the community business, ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate on strategic initiatives, communicate with residents, coordinate maintenance, and monitor compliance across the property and amenities. A strong service mindset and HOA experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience required.
• HOA or property management experience required.
• Prior portfolio community management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing community business and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate to address resident inquiries and drive satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for the community.
• Communicate with residents via newsletters, emails, and meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance across property, common areas and amenities.
• Track non-compliance, perform inspections, and issue notices as needed.
• Verify exterior modification projects align with directives.
• Inspect parks and common areas weekly to maintain amenities.
