Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Service Manager for our BroadstoneScottsdale, AZ community. You will lead a team of Technicians, oversee maintenance operations, and ensure high levels of resident service and safety.

This role combines hands-on maintenance with supervisory responsibilities and budget support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance management experience in residential settings, EPA I/II and CPO certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities or related trade.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation may be required.
• Renovation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain superior customer service with residents.
• Communicate professionally with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Work with Maintenance team to implement preventative maintenance program.
• Assist property manager in budgeted expectations.
• Train and develop property technicians on all property systems.
• Handle building emergencies in a timely manner.
• Attend technical training to maintain skills.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
