Polanco Apartments in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations on-site, coach the team, manage budgets and rents, and oversee leasing and maintenance. The role emphasizes resident communications, safety, and regulatory compliance to deliver an outstanding living experience.

You will report to the Asset Director and support client communications while driving community engagement and ensuring curb appeal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
