Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Portfolio Manager in Gilbert, AZ to oversee assigned community associations and deliver exceptional service to residents. The role collaborates with the Regional Manager and Board to drive value and maintain high standards across properties.

The position emphasizes operations, governance compliance, financial management, vendor coordination, and board relations, with a schedule that may require some evenings and weekends for events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years hospitality/customer service experience.
• Property management experience preferred.
• CMCA or M100 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and admin for assigned communities.
• Ensure compliance with laws and governing documents.
• Track non-compliance issues and issue notices.
• Review invoices daily and manage budgets.
• Oversee architectural control processes and design reviews.
• Inspect common areas and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct compliance/violation tours as needed.
• Attend landscape walks and vendor meetings.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and variances.
• Solicit bids and manage contracts and insurance requirements.
• Review monthly financials with Regional Director/Board.
• Communicate with homeowners and boards per policy.
• Attend board and membership meetings.
• Assist the Board in meetings and governance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
