Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our State College property in Pennsylvania. This role supports the General Manager in supervising operations, staff development, and resident services to deliver a best-in-class living experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in living communities or property management, strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset. On-site role with opportunities to lead in demonstrations of Scion standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on resident experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in living communities or property management.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising operations and daily site functions.
• Support General Manager with staff development and scheduling.
• Coordinate resident accounts, notices, and move-in/move-out tasks.
• Drive customer experience initiatives and local marketing efforts.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and routine maintenance of the property.
