The Scion Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in all operations at a student housing property. This role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, resident relations, and daily execution in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in living communities or property management, are customer-centric, and proficient with property management tools such as Entrata and related platforms. This is an on-site, exempt position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• 1+ years’ experience working at living communities/property management.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Staff development and leadership, attracting candidates and coaching team members.
• Manage property operations, schedules, and on-call shifts with the GM.
• Oversee resident accounts, billing, and collections with timely audits.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and compliance with codes and policies.
• Drive customer experience, sales initiatives, and marketing alignment.
