The Scion Group Gainesville, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager with operations and leadership across property functions. The role involves staff development, scheduling, resident services, and collaboration with the Customer & Sales Experience Manager to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee property administration, facilities, turn process, and customer experience initiatives, while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or living communities preferred.
• Proficient in Entrata preferred for resident and billing management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Staff Development and Leadership: assist in hiring, training, and coaching.
• Coordinate with CX Manager to manage onsite schedules and after hours on-call shifts.
• Manage resident accounts, billing, notices, and evictions in compliance with policy.
