Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a General Manager for our South Bend property to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and manage a team of associates. This role combines business acumen, community leadership, and hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑paced, student‑living environment.

The GM will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and facilities teams to ensure staffing, budgeting, inspections and resident experience meet Scion standards and strategic goals across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in property management systems; experience with Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development, scheduling and on‑call coverage for property operations.
• Oversee property administration, vendor management and compliance.
• Drive revenue and control costs to optimize net operating income.
