Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a General Manager in Lawrence, Kansas to lead daily operations of a student living property. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage staff, schedule shifts, oversee budgeting, and coordinate with Legal, Facilities and HR teams to ensure top performance and profitability.

This role requires a customer-centric leader who can operate in a fast-paced, collegiate setting, with a focus on revenue targets, cost controls and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
