You will assist with move-ins, maintenance coordination, renewals, and accurate documentation within licensing restrictions. Responsibilities include handling resident communications, mail processing, lease renewals, deposit records, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High-volume customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organization and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Resident Managers with daily market operations.
• Coordinate move-in, maintenance, and move-out processes within licensing rules.
• Handle resident communications, mail processing, lease renewals, and verifications.
• Maintain deposit records per policy and respond to deposit-related inquiries.
• Support efforts to improve resident retention and timely reporting.
