You will drive district performance, supervise Resident Managers, and ensure profitability through optimized collections, renewals, and cost controls.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and tenant satisfaction with a focus on team development and process improvements within a generated portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience in property operations or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential single-family homes within the District.
• Lead and mentor Resident Managers and support staff; drive performance and accountability.
• Execute district-level strategies for tenant relations, collections, retention, and lease renewals.
• Coordinate move-out reconciliations and manage security deposit returns per state laws.
