AMH in Houston, TX seeks a dedicated Resident Coordinator to assist Resident Managers with daily operations, ensuring an exceptional resident experience from move-in to move-out within licensing restrictions.

You will handle resident communications, mail processing, lease renewals, verifications, insurance documents, reporting, and daily tenant transactions while supporting retention efforts and compliance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of high-volume customer service.
• Experience in Call Centers, Dispatch, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Solid relationship management, organizing, and customer service skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience at every stage of the resident lifecycle, including move-in, maintenance coordination, and move-out processes, within state licensing restrictions.
• Support the property management team in administrative tasks: resident communications, processing/scanning mail, lease renewal paperwork, rental verifications, handling insurance documents, reporting, and coordinating daily tenant transactions, within licensing rules.
• Focus on enhancing tenant retention through proactive initiatives, including call-ins, portal assistance, renewal options, and coordinating maintenance work orders.
• Collaborate with Resident Managers and Administrative Assistants to ensure accurate and compliant handling of tenant financial transactions.
• Maintain meticulous records of deposit transactions in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with tenants regarding deposit-related inquiries, providing timely and clear information.
